Short version: the only personal information this website collects is what you type into the contact form, and we use it to reply to you. Nothing else.

We use it to reply to you — answer a question, quote a buylist, hold a product, or confirm an event spot. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list without you asking.
Contact form submissions are stored in Airtable, a third-party database service, in an account only the shop can access. Submissions are sent to Airtable over an encrypted connection by a server-side function; your details are never exposed in the page itself.
This site sets no cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session tracking, and nothing stored in your browser. We cannot tell who you are unless you contact us.
Loading a page makes requests to a small number of third parties, each of which will see your IP address as a normal part of serving the request:

We keep contact messages for as long as they are useful for answering you and keeping a record of the conversation. If you would like your message deleted, just ask and we will remove it.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call the shop using the details below and we will sort it out.
Our events are family-friendly and we welcome players of all ages in the shop, but this website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 through it. If a child has sent us a message, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and the date above.
